MY STORY

I design experiences, narratives, and systems that make brands unforgettable.

My background is a rare mix: technical marine engineering, trained at the historic Nautical Institute “Cristoforo Colombo” in Camogli — one of Italy’s oldest and most respected maritime schools — plus 20+ years in entertainment ecosystems, HR leadership, creative direction, and the development of proprietary cognitive models like the Langone Framework.

I started with the engine room mindset — discipline, precision, responsibility — and expanded it into the world of branding, experience design, and human behavior. Over time, I deepened this work with studies in viral marketing, consumer behavior, and food & beverage management with institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania, Bocconi University, and the International Business Management Institute in Berlin, together with ongoing research on cognitive frameworks, perception, and cultural impact.

I work with founders, brand leaders, and hospitality groups who want to turn abstract values into concrete experiences — aligning culture, storytelling, and operations so that what a brand says and what people actually feel become the same thing.

I’ve led teams of over 400 people, shaped entire entertainment ecosystems, rebuilt operations from the ground up, and designed concepts for international hospitality environments. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with Italian excellence brands such as Marcegaglia and Borgo Egnazia Resort through external partners, designing experiences for highly demanding hospitality contexts. For seven years I worked closely with Nicola Bertinelli, President of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, in a role of strategic responsibility on brand experiences and events — contributing to a local dance venue project that was awarded “Best Dance Venue in Italy” by SILB during its international launch in Monte Carlo. I’ve also taught tourism marketing for Aesseffe in Genoa, training future professionals in hospitality and tourism.

I’m driven by one question: “How do humans truly experience meaning?”

From that obsession came the Langone Framework: my theoretical and practical architecture for understanding experiences, perception, and emotional imprinting — applied today to branding, entertainment design, team leadership, and narrative psychology.

My path is not linear.
It’s evolutionary.

LA MIA STORIA

Progetto esperienze, narrazioni e sistemi che rendono i brand indimenticabili.

Il mio background è un mix raro: ingegneria tecnica navale, formata presso lo storico Istituto Nautico “Cristoforo Colombo” di Camogli — una delle scuole marittime più antiche e rispettate d’Italia — oltre 20 anni negli ecosistemi dell’intrattenimento, nella leadership HR, nella direzione creativa e nello sviluppo di modelli cognitivi proprietari come il Langone Framework.

Sono partito dalla mentalità della sala macchine — disciplina, precisione, responsabilità — e l’ho espansa al mondo del branding, dell’experience design e del comportamento umano. Nel tempo ho approfondito questo lavoro con studi su viral marketing, comportamento del consumatore e food & beverage management con istituzioni come la University of Pennsylvania, l’Università Bocconi e l’International Business Management Institute di Berlino, insieme a una ricerca continua su framework cognitivi, percezione e impatto culturale.

Lavoro con founder, brand leader e gruppi dell’hospitality che vogliono trasformare valori astratti in esperienze concrete — allineando cultura, storytelling e operatività, affinché ciò che un brand dichiara e ciò che le persone realmente sentono diventino la stessa cosa.

Ho guidato team di oltre 400 persone, modellato interi ecosistemi di intrattenimento, ricostruito operazioni da zero e progettato concept per contesti di hospitality internazionale. Nel mio percorso ho collaborato con brand di eccellenza italiani come Marcegaglia e Borgo Egnazia Resort tramite partner esterni, progettando esperienze per contesti hospitality ad altissima richiesta. Per sette anni ho lavorato a stretto contatto con Nicola Bertinelli, Presidente del Consorzio del Parmigiano Reggiano, in un ruolo di responsabilità strategica su brand experience ed eventi — contribuendo a un progetto di locale da ballo che è stato premiato come “Miglior locale da ballo d’Italia” dal SILB durante il suo lancio internazionale a Montecarlo. Ho inoltre insegnato marketing turistico per Aesseffe a Genova, formando futuri professionisti dell’hospitality e del turismo.

Sono guidato da una domanda: “Come sperimentano davvero il significato gli esseri umani?”

Da questa ossessione è nato il Langone Framework: la mia architettura teorica e pratica per comprendere esperienze, percezione e imprinting emotivo — oggi applicata a branding, entertainment design, team leadership e psicologia narrativa.

Il mio percorso non è lineare.
È evolutivo.
